Catherine is presently a first year student at the University of Ottawa and has been training at Denise Smith Dance Studio, learning ballet, jazz, tap, acro/gymnastics, hip-hop, modern, lyrical since the age of three.

Lauren began her dance career at the age of 3yrs, in jazz, tap and ballet. She began her competitive dance career at the age of 5 yrs, and has been competing in jazz, tap, hip hop for the past 11 years. During this period, she also dedicated one year to train in gymnastics at the Nepean Carona School of Gymnastics.
