Lauren began her dance career at the age of 3yrs, in jazz, tap and ballet. She began her competitive dance career at the age of 5 yrs, and has been competing in jazz, tap, hip hop for the past 11 years. During this period, she also dedicated one year to train in gymnastics at the Nepean Carona School of Gymnastics. Lauren has been assistant teaching with Denise Smith Dance Studio for the past 3 years in both acro and jazz and is a certified acro-gymnastic instructor. Lauren's passion is dance!
