The school year will consist of 36 weeks of classes held over a ten-month period.
A student may join at any time from September through January if there is space available.
The studio will be closed for major holidays and school vacations – see our yearly calendar.
There will be Summer Dance offering Day Camps, Intensive Workshop and general keep in shape dance classes.
The school year will consist of (36) thirty-six weekly class sessions from Sept. 12, 2011 - June 16, 2012.
Tuition is based on 3 Terms each consisting of 12 weeks.
You are not paying for scheduled school vacations and holidays. Our calendar is based on the calendar school year.
Payments are due on the first of Dec and March for 2nd and 3rd Term fees. Payments may be made at the office. We gladly accept the following methods of payment:

Registration Fees are non-refundable.
Credit will not be given for missed classes due to illness, snow days, or personal commitments. You are welcome to make-up any class missed.
Studios reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient registration and a credit or refund will be given if another class cannot be offered.
When student sustains an injury that does not permit them to participate over an extended period of time a credit will be given.
If a very young student is not ready to participate in a class after several visits, a refund of tuition will be given.
Payments may be made at the office.
When making a payment by check, please include the dancer’s first and last name/s in the memo of your check, so we may credit the proper account.
Returned check fee is $25.00
Any account unpaid after 30 days will have late charges assessed for 2% of the total amount due.
If at any time you would like a printed statement of your account you may request one.
Overdue Balances Only: A statement will be emailed for amount due with late charges assessed.
Any student with an overdue balance of more than 60 days will not be allowed into class until payment in full is received or payment arrangements have been made.

Dress code items may be purchase at Dancemasters in Manotick, Malabars in Nepean, Brio in Ottawa, Lululemon in Ottawa or now conveniently online through www.costumemanager.com (pick up your detailed class dress code at the studio office.)

Our annual recital will be held on Friday June 15th, Saturday June 16th, at the Sacred Heart High School, Stittsville.
Ask to see our DVD's and photos of previous recitals.
Please call the studio (613-692-4653) and the answering machine will have a recorded message that will announce studio closings in case of inclement weather.
Studio closings will be posted on our website on the calendar, and when possible, you will receive an email.
We will hold classes except under exceptionally dangerous driving conditions, use discretion.
