Tuition Information
The dance year will consist of (36) thirty-six weekly class sessions from September 12th, 2022 to June 12th, 2023
Tuition is based on 3 Terms each consisting of 12 weeks.
You are not paying for scheduled school vacations and holidays. Our calendar is based on the Amherst school system, others may vary. Make-ups are allowed.
Payments are due on the (1st) first of Dec and March for 2nd and 3rd Term fees.  We gladly accept the following methods of payment: Cash * Check * Visa * MasterCard * Debit * E-Transfer

Annual Registration Fee: $30/student (non-refundable) +HST
Tuition Fees
2022-2023 class fees are determined by length of class.  Contact us for further information.
** Please Note: Tuition fees are charges per term (one term = 12 weeks of class):
1st Term - September 12th-December 5th (due at time of registration)
2nd Term - December 6th-March 20th (due December 1st)
3rd Term - March 21st-June 12th (due March 1st)

Exam, competition and recital expenses are additional.

Multi Class and Multi Student Discount
2nd class or family member 10% Discount
3rd class or family member 15% Discount
4h class or more 20% Discount 

Private Lessons
Private and semi-private (1-2 dancers) lessons for technique and coaching.
Single Lessons: $35 per ½ hour (30 minutes)
$65 per 1 hour (60 minutes)

Refunds and Credits
Registration Fees are non-refundable.
Credit will not be given for missed classes due to illness, snow days, or personal commitments. You are welcome to make-up any class missed.
Studios reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient registration and a full refund will be given.
When student sustains an injury that does not permit them to participate over an extended period of time a credit or refund will be issued.
Pre- Dance students ages 2.5-5years are eligible for a refund or studio credit once a minimum of 3 classes have been attended with unsuccessful participation from the student. Tuition only is refundable or studio credit, registration fees are non-refundable.

Payments and Balances
Payments may be made by Etransfer or credit card, please contact us to authorize your credit card.
Any account unpaid after the (15) fifteenth of the month will have late charges assessed for 5% of the total amount due.
If at any time you would like a printed statement of your account you may request one or go to your Family Portal.
Overdue Balances Only: A statement will be mailed and/or emailed for amount due with late charges assessed.

Any student with an overdue balance of more than 60 days will not be allowed into class until payment in full is received or payment arrangements have been made.

Photo/Video Consent

Upon any class registration, implied consent is given to use any photographs taken for use in any photographs taken for use in studio publications including the DSDS website or other electronic forms of media.  If you do not consent you have the option to decline permission by notifying the studio office in writing.
